The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management is designed for professionals who want to become senior health and safety leaders or managers responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety strategies.

Entry Requirements:

To enrol in the Level 7 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management, learners should meet one of the following:

• OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent Level 6 qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant health & safety knowledge and experience

Age Requirement:

• Minimum age: 21 years

Qualification Equivalency:

Under the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), the OTHM Level 7 Diploma is equivalent to a:

• Master’s Degree (Postgraduate Level)

The diploma consists of 120 credits.
Learners may progress to a 60-credit dissertation (top-up) with a university partner to obtain a full Master’s degree.

• Units are internally assessed by the training center.

• Externally verified by OTHM

• Assessment is based on achieving specific learning outcomes

Learners must submit evidence demonstrating competence in all assessment criteria to achieve a Pass.
